Cleaning services are provided daily at Liberty Place. Two day porters attend to the building restrooms to ensure enough supplies are on hand. The day porters also monitor the perimeter of the building to maintain the standard that Liberty Place tenants deserve. Windows are scheduled to have the interior and exterior cleaned two times per year.

During the evening, the cleaning staff is supervised by one individual appointed by the cleaning contractor at the building. This supervisor is responsible for the entire nighttime staff, which provides cleaning services for tenants’ floors. Additional cleaning services are not included within the lease.
