Loading Dock Deliveries

In keeping with the successful implementation of the security program, as well as the requirements of the Management Office concerning insurance, it is necessary that the Management Office receive prior notification of all contractors and deliveries requiring access. Contractors include all service people needing access to the tenant space. Each Contractor or Delivery Company must have a Certificate of Insurance on file in the Management Office. To ensure scheduled deliveries arrive promptly, please comply with the above regulations. Please refer to the Liberty Place Loading Dock Rules and Regulations.

The Loading Dock is not a storage facility. Therefore, all deliveries must be taken directly from the truck to the area where they are to be stored.

For liability purposes, building staff are not allowed to sign for tenant deliveries nor provide access for visitors. If you or your staff are not available please make other arrangements.
