Building Access Procedures

All employees entering through the front doors during business hours (Monday – Friday 8am to 6pm) will need to swipe their fob at the card reader located at the security guard desk. If the employee is authorized to enter the building the card reader will turn green. If the person is not authorized to be in the building the security guard will be notified immediately.

In order to enter the building through the D Street entrance you will need to use your fob.

If you forget your fob the security guard will need to call someone from your company to authorize you can be let up to your floor, so please make sure you have your fob with you at all times.

Visitors

The tenant has the capability to put all expected visitors into Aware Manager. The security officer will then check the tenant Visitor Management System for their name. If the visitor’s name is in the system, the security guard will direct them to their destination.

Unannounced Visitors

All unannounced visitors must provide identification or a business card. In addition, Security will call their host to confirm their visit.

Tenant Contacts

In order to keep both tenants and management up-to-date and informed, tenants must submit the name(s) and telephone number(s) of the individual(s) to be contacted during normal business hours. Additionally, tenants must provide the name(s) and telephone number(s) of contacts for weekends and emergency purposes.

Building Management must be informed of all changes concerning these contacts. Please be advised that this information will remain in strictest confidence.
